YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF ANY INTENTION TO CANCEL AND OR RETURN YOUR ORDER ITEMS TO US WITHIN THE FOLLOWING TIME FRAME:
- Showroom Stores: 7 days after your order was placed
- Website: 14 days starting next day after your order items were received
In the event you are not entirely satisfied with goods you purchased from us, you can return the goods to us in their original packaging within the above returns time frame. You will pay the cost of returning the goods. We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition. Any special offer or special order items are non refundable. Please note the customer takes full responsibility when returning any goods until we receive goods.
** Please note. Goods that have been removed from or had their packaging altered, cut or removed will not be refunded if order was placed at one of our showroom stores **

Receiving incorrect goods:
If you receive goods that are not the goods that you ordered, please contact us immediately or within 7 days. We may ask you to return goods in their original condition within their original packaging.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The customer shall bear the initial cost of returning goods to us. Once goods are returned to us in original state and packaging, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note the customer takes full responsibility when returning any goods until we receive goods.
If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty:
If any goods have been damaged in transit or are deemed faulty, we may ask that you send us photographic evidence of all damaged goods and their packaging. We will issue replacement of goods subject to availability. No claims can be processed without all of the photographic evidence requested. No claims can be processed for goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. All damages must be notified within 7 days. All goods must be checked for any obvious damages before signing.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event we have insufficient stock, do not deliver to your area or a price has been listed incorrectly. In this instance, we will notify you by letter or email. Within 7 days of your order, we will credit any monies taken by us to the card that was used to make the original order.
