- Place your order online as normal. At checkout, select which one of our showroom stores you wish to collect your order from.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email with a receipt for your order.
- Once your order is available for collection, you will receive an automated email advising your order status has changed to "Ready for Collection".
- When your order is being collected we ask that you or your nominated collector provide us with an order number and some details. We may ask for details such as the billing address postcode or contact number etc. This is solely for security and for us to ensure your collection is being collected by you or your nominated collector.
** PLEASE NOTE YOUR ORDER IS AVAILABLE TO COLLECT ONLY ONCE YOU RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL FROM US WITH AN ORDER STATUS UPDATE TO "READY FOR COLLECTION" **
Although we aim to make Click & Collect orders available for collection same or next day, some orders can take a few days before being available for collection.
