Please be aware our delivery personnel are not permitted to enter any address including any common close.  However, we will deliver and unload and place order items outside delivery address. This service is only available in Scotland with the following:

Please note: There are some postal codes we are unable to deliver to. Once you apply a postcode into order form you will receive delivery cost or advice to contact us for a price.

** Delivery time frame is subject to change if unexpected circumstances are experienced such as bad weather.

** There are no deliveries on Sundays.

** Saturdays and Sundays do not form part of working days guidance.



All wet wall panels MUST be inspected by customer or customer representative and signed for as being received in good condition.

Any report of damaged goods must be done within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Should you choose not to or are unable to inspect wet wall panels upon delivery, any subsequent report of damaged goods will require clear images of the reported damage to be sent to us by email before we can assess a claim. This can be sent to 

We reserve the right to reject any claim for damage goods deemed to be caused by mishandling after delivery has been completed and signed for.


We will not deliver inside a property if delivery location:

a.  Provides any circumstance that could obstruct the safe passage of goods to final destination.

b.  Is located over and above one level.

c.  Is located within a high rise flat/building

d.  Is located an unreasonable distance from the safest available parking slot for unloading. Typical example would be but not limited to, a long lane and or with stairs. 

In any of the above circumstances, we will deliver to kerbside only. Failed delivery will result in order items returning to warehouse where they will be available for a free pick up. Any subsequent request for delivery for said order items will be charged at full delivery cost and remain subject to delivery policy.

 We will not deliver to a different address other than the address given during order process or before warehouse dispatch.

Any failed delivery will be taken back to our warehouse distribution centre. We will contact you for checks and further instruction. In some cases you are responsible for an additional delivery charge.
