Lockdown Advisory

While our showroom stores remain closed until further notice, we are processing online orders as normal with home delivery (click & drop) available. Click & Collect orders are available for collection on weekdays Mon, Wed & Fri before 12pm (subject to product availablity) at our Paisley and Greenock stores. Please be aware some orders may take longer to process than normal.

• Place your online order as normal.
• Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive two automated emails. One to notify you that your order is ready to be dispatched and a subsequent one providing a delivery date. We cannot provide times.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for all deliveries while Government restrictions remain in place.
• Your order will be placed outside the address provided to us on your order as close and safe as possible.
• During lockdown period we will not be permitted to enter any properties, common close or shared access.

• During lockdown, Click & Collect orders are available for collection on weekdays Mon, Wed & Fri before 12pm (subject to product availablity) at our Paisley and Greenock stores.
• Place your online order as normal.
• We will contact you to arrange a collection date and time.
• You will receive order status notification emails as normal to advise each stage your order is at.
• We ask customers to travel to collect their order ONLY at the date and time we arrange with you.
• Your order will be placed in a secure and safe manner outside the store you selected. In the event of bad weather we will allow you to collect from our dispatch area which is safe, secure and distance relative.
